Pattern by Boikova sells digital products only.
All products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Before purchasing
Please carefully review the product description, size charts, skill level, and included files before completing your purchase.
If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing at support@patternbyboikova.com.

Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access after purchase, refunds or exchanges are generally not available once the files have been delivered.

However, we will provide assistance or a refund in the following cases:
- you were charged twice for the same order;
- you are unable to access the files due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve;
- the files are corrupted or incomplete and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

To request assistance, please contact support@patternbyboikova.com within 14 days of purchase and include your order number and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve the matter.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in restricted access to our services.
